Prosecco Information Bureau

Prosecco Information Bureau

The Prosecco Informatie Bureau is the Dutch and Flemish information centre for Prosecco. Prosecco is a white grape used to make Italian sparkling wine in an area of approximately 50 km north of Venice, in the Veneto region. Originally the name Prosecco is the name of the grape, similar to Chardonnay, however the name is often used to refer to the type of wine. The Prosecco wine is made from the Prosecco grape, for which a special method is used.
