Italian bubbles

Italian bubbles

Spumante, Brut and Prosecco: these are the best known sparkling Italian wines. However, bubbles differ. They all originate from a different area, are made from different grapes and produced using  different methods. This is why they all taste different and have their individual harmony with dishes and favourite enjoyable moments. One is more suited as an aperitif, the other more as a dessert wine. In Italy one drinks these bubbles throughout the year, something the Dutch people could use as an example!
